The sparkle clean is the final clean a new home will be given

The purpose of a sparkle clean is to leave the new property in an immaculate and pristine condition to impress the developer and be ready for the new homeowner to move in with confidence.

This clean is normally carried out as near to completion day as possible. All areas to be checked and re-cleaned in line with the re-clean specification. Internal/external windows as per re-clean specification.
