NEW BUILD BRICK CLEANING
Midland Build Clean works in partnership with many construction and bricklaying companies to offer a final brick clean to any new build properties, to give that final finish to your new build.
We have the equipment, skills and experience to tackle all types of commercial pressure washer cleaning, our team makes it look simple and ensure the whole process is completed in a very professional manner.
Our experience and knowledge allow us to clean a range of bricks and stone removing mortar snots and smears safely without causing damage to the new brick and mortar line. This includes removing coloured mortar staining, tar, and paint if leftover in the building process.
We use a range of methods from solvent cleaners, acids, and simple low-pressure to safely clean any surface. We are completely mobile and can accommodate needs if water is of short supply on-site.
Safety always comes first and where possible we will use a range of long lances and poles to minimise the risk factor from working at height.
