Build Clean

WINDOWS / DOORS INTERNAL & EXTERNAL

• All tape and shrink wrapping to be removed

• All paint, mastic, protective paper and any other material to be completely removed

• All labels to be removed from glass

• Windows and doors to be carefully washed and soaked to enable cement and grit particles to be removed

• All windows and doors to be opened, recesses to be vacuumed and cleaned

• Ensure all glass is clean and free from smears

ELECTRICAL FITTINGS

• All decoration products and any other marks to be removed from light fittings, switches, sockets and any other electrical fittings

• Clean boiler casing and airing cupboard

• All radiators and including valves to be fully cleaned

STAIRS / FLOORS / WALL AREAS

• Stairs to be scraped of any mud/plaster and left free from any residual materials, vacuum thoroughly and mop

• To fully clean between all balusters and spindles

• All protective floor covering and tape to be removed

• Screeded or concrete areas to be scraped of any mud, plaster cement etc., sweep thoroughly and vacuum

• Vinyl, tiled and wooden floor areas to be cleaned of mud, vacuumed and mopped using applicable cleaning product to ensure no smearing

• Spot clean by removing all dirt/dust marks from walls

GLOSSED / STAINED WOODWORK / IRONMONGERY

• All internal doors frames, skirting boards, window boards and frames to be cleaned ensuring all dust and any marks are removed

• All door handles/hinges to be cleaned and any paint spots removed

WARDROBES / FITTED FURNITURE

• All units to be vacuumed and fully cleaned inside and out including rails and mirrors

KITCHEN / UTILITY AREAS

• All Kitchen units to be cleaned inside and out including top of cupboards

• All sinks, taps worktops to be cleaned and polished

• All drawers to be cleaned inside and out

• All paint spots to be removed

• All Protective covering and sellotape to be removed

• Integrated kitchen appliances to be cleaned where fitted

BATHROOM / EN-SUITES / WC

• Soak and remove labels from sanitary ware

• Remove all paint and plaster from sanitary ware

• Remove all packaging from baths, shower trays, taps and shower fittings, clean and polish

• Wash down ceramic wall tiling and remove any excessive grout or tile adhesive

EXTERNAL

• Meter boxes to be wiped down

• External balustrade and porch entrance to be wiped down if applicable

• Fascia, soffits, external lighting and rainwater goods to be cleaned

• Doors/frames and any other external woodwork to be cleaned

• Sweep out garage floor

• Garage door to be wiped down and cleaned

GENERAL

• All waste and rubbish to be removed from house/garage and disposed of to site regulation

• All cleaning products used to be compatible with surfaces to be cleaned

• Any damage noted during cleaning to be reported to site agent
